The Hive Apparel Return and Refund Policy
At The Hive Apparel, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to help.
Return Policy:
Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Personal care items (e.g., swimsuits, undergarments).
- Items in "The Hive Curated" collection, which are dropshipped items. (We can try to help facilitate a return with the supplier).
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@thehiveapparel.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Policy:
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Restocking Fee:
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@thehiveapparel.shop with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
