Shipping for Dropshipped Products:
Dropshipped Products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may be subject to different shipping times and policies. The Hive Apparel is not responsible for delays or issues related to the shipment of Dropshipped Products. Any claims related to the delivery of these items should be directed to the supplier, although we will assist in facilitating resolution where possible.
Returns and Refunds

Dropshipped Products Returns:
The return and refund process for Dropshipped Products may differ from items directly fulfilled by The Hive Apparel. Returns or refunds for these products are subject to the supplier's return policies. The Hive Apparel will assist in facilitating the return process, but the final decision on returns and refunds for Dropshipped Products rests with the supplier.
Intellectual Property
Ownership:
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by The Hive Apparel, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Limited License:
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Site and all products and services provided through the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hive Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Site; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Site by any third party; or (e) any issues arising from the purchase, delivery, or use of Dropshipped Products.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Hive Apparel, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your purchase of Dropshipped Products, or your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan in The United States of America without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of these Terms and, if required, by providing more prominent notice (e.g., adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification).
Content Usage
By participating in The Hive Apparel Brand Ambassador or Affiliate Program, you grant The Hive Apparel the perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost, share, or otherwise use any content (including but not limited to photos, videos, text, and social media posts) that you create and share in connection with your role as a brand ambassador or affiliate. This content may be used for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes across any platform or media, both online and offline, without further permission or compensation.
Compliance with Guidelines: As a brand ambassador or affiliate, you agree to adhere to all guidelines provided by The Hive Apparel, including but not limited to guidelines on branding, messaging, and legal compliance. You are responsible for ensuring that your content is original and does not infringe on the rights of others.
Termination of Participation: The Hive Apparel reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Brand Ambassador or Affiliate Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these Terms of Service, misuse of the brand, or failure to meet program requirements.
Confidentiality: Any proprietary information or materials provided to you as part of the Brand Ambassador or Affiliate Program must be kept confidential and may not be disclosed or used for any purpose other than promoting The Hive Apparel.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold The Hive Apparel harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation in the Brand Ambassador or Affiliate Program, including but not limited to any content you create or share.
User-Generated Content
Content License: When customers submit reviews, photos, or other content related to The Hive Apparel, they grant The Hive Apparel a license to use, modify, and display this content for marketing and promotional purposes.
Moderation: The Hive Apparel reserves the right to remove any content submitted by users that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or not in line with the brand’s values.
