At The Hive Apparel, we strive to deliver your purchases in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of our products, including items fulfilled by third-party suppliers ("Dropshipped Products").
- Processing Time
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Processing of Dropshipped Products:
For products fulfilled by third-party suppliers, processing times may vary based on the supplier's schedule and location. Please refer to the estimated processing time provided on the product page for more details.
Delays:
Please note that there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders, postal service problems, or other issues outside of our control, especially for Dropshipped Products. The Hive Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Imported Items: Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days.
Shipping for Dropshipped Products:
Shipping times and rates for Dropshipped Products may differ from those for items fulfilled directly by The Hive Apparel. Shipping charges and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the supplier’s location and shipping method.
International Shipping:
We will offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on the destination and whether the item is fulfilled by The Hive Apparel or a third-party supplier. (coming soon)
- Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Confirmation:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking:
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. For Dropshipped Products, tracking information may be provided directly by the third-party supplier and may be subject to additional delays.
- Shipping Carriers
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other reliable carriers to ship our orders. For Dropshipped Products, the supplier may use different carriers, and tracking information will be provided accordingly.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International Orders:
The Hive Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.), including those for Dropshipped Products.
- Damages and Lost Packages
Damages:
The Hive Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Damages for Dropshipped Products:
For Dropshipped Products, any claims for damages or lost packages should be directed to the third-party supplier. The Hive Apparel will assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for the resolution of these claims.
Claims:
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Incorrect Shipping Information
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at customerservice@thehiveapparel.shop. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has been processed, especially for Dropshipped Products.
- Returns and Exchanges
Please review our Return and Refund Policy for information on how to return or exchange your order. Note that the return process for Dropshipped Products may differ from items fulfilled directly by The Hive Apparel and will be subject to the supplier’s return policies.
